Tell Us What You Think! Join the METRO Feedback Loop
METRO’s mission is to provide safe, clean, reliable, accessible, and friendly public transportation services to our region. But to meet these goals, it’s essential that we listen to what our customers and our neighbors have to say. That’s why we’ve created the METRO Feedback Loop.
The METRO Feedback Loop is another way to let us know what’s important to you so we can improve your experience using METRO. By joining, you become part of an online survey panel that helps advise METRO on existing services and shape upcoming projects. You’ll also have the option to enter drawings for cool prizes – tickets, gift cards, and other fun stuff just for completing and submitting survey responses.
It's free to join. Members are eligible to participate in surveys about routes, schedules, projects, accessibility, and more. All responses METRO collects are anonymous, and survey invitations are sent by email, so all that is required to sign-up is an email address and an internet connection.
Lisa Tidwell, METRO’s director of Digital Marketing & Analytics, said more than 2,000 people participated in the Authority’s most recent survey, which focused on transit preferences.
“Safety and mobility were the top design priorities. Respondents asked for amenities like bus shelters, real-time digital signage, and security cameras,” said Tidwell. “Street enhancements, including enhanced pedestrian crossings, shade trees, and street and sidewalk lighting, were also important.”
METRO Feedback Loop respondents asked for amenities like bus shelters, real-time digital signage, and security cameras.
Tidwell said the good news is several ongoing projects, such as BOOST, on-board video monitoring, expansion of digital signs at transit centers, and the Authority’s Universal Accessibility initiative, are designed to address these needs. Looking ahead, METRO will continue to ask for feedback to help inform decisions.
