Here you can pick up a new METRO Q® Fare Card, add money to your Q Card, check your balance, report stolen or lost cards and transfer the balance to a new Q Card if your old one was registered and apply for discounted Q Cards, such as: student, senior or disabled cards.

You can do the following:

  • Obtain a METRO Q® Fare Card
  • Obtain and reload a Day Pass
  • Reload your METRO Q® Fare Card
  • Obtain a discounted fare card - available to students, seniors, disabled patrons and Medicare cardholders
  • Replace lost, stolen and non-working METRO fare cards
  • Convert full-fare METRO fare card to discount fare card – students, seniors, disabled, Medicare cardholders and Qualified METRO Veterans Pass (MVP)
  • Obtain METRO Money
  • Replace non-working METRO Money
  • Conduct Web reloads
  • Recover funds
  • Fix incorrect change
  • Fix incorrect charge to credit / debit cards
  • Fix incorrect fare deduction
  • Correct trip count or loss of free trip
  • Extend the eligibility of your student fare card
  • Visit Lost & Found, at 1900 Main St. only
