Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Schedule

METRO will operate on a regular weekday schedule for all services on Monday, Jan. 18, 2021.

A METRORail Red Line service interruption is currently in effect.

METRO’s Customer Service Call Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

METRO’s RideStores and Lost & Found will be closed.


In observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr., holiday, METROLift’s Reservation and Customer Service offices will be closed Monday, Jan. 18, 2021.

Subscription trips will not be affected. If you will not be riding on Monday, Jan. 18, please call to cancel your trip.

To schedule a trip for Monday, Jan. 18, or Tuesday, Jan. 19, you must call the Reservation line at 713-225-6716 on Friday, Jan. 15, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Remember, you may schedule a trip the day before you need to travel by using MACS phone system by calling 713-739-4690 or on MACS-WEB / EZ-Wallet.

All METRO buses and trains are accessible, with routes across the region to serve you.
