Service Updates
METROLIFT THANKSGIVING
In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, METROLift’s Reservation and Customer Service offices will be closed Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27. As a result, all Thursday and Friday subscription trips are cancelled.
On Wednesday, November 25, customers should call Reservations at 713-225-6716 to schedule trips for the days listed:
• Thursday, November 26
• Friday, November 27
• Saturday, November 28
• Sunday, November 29
• Monday, November 30
We are expanding our Reservations hours to 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. This change will provide customers with additional time on Wednesday to schedule trips for multiple days.
You may also schedule a trip from 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. the day before you
need to travel by using MACS, 713-225-6716, press 1 or MACS-WEB, www.ridemetro.org. You will need your client ID and password.
Remember, all METRO buses and trains are 100% accessible with
service across the region. Call

You may also schedule a trip from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. the day before you need to travel by using MACS at 713-225-6716, press 1 or MACS-WEB, https://pass-web.ridemetro.org/. Remember, MACS and MACS-WEB allows you to schedule trips using addresses from your list of frequently used addresses. You will need your client ID and password.
